All food components are produced, packaged, and managed solely by the third-party supplier, who remains the food business operator and is responsible for compliance with all applicable UK Food Information and Food Safety Regulations.

The baskets are available for collection only at the supplier’s premises. 7p Aperitivo does not prepare, store, or deliver any of the food products.

When you purchase one of these baskets through our website:

  • You complete payment on the 7p Aperitivo site.

  • We will share only the necessary order and contact details with the relevant supplier so they can prepare your basket and arrange collection.

  • The supplier acts as a separate data controller for that part of the transaction and will process your data according to their own privacy policy.
