Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges
Delivery is via UPS, and costs are higher due to the requirement for age verification on alcohol orders. (At this stage and due to the nature of small business, delivery costs apply to all orders.)

Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address you provide is correct. You may use your home or work address.

Signature Requirement
The courier requires a signature on delivery. If no one is present to sign, the courier may attempt delivery the following day. If delivery cannot be completed, the items will be returned to us, and you will be charged for the return. Should you request redelivery, shipping costs will apply again.

Delivery Timing & Risk
I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times. Delivery will be made as soon as possible once your order is accepted, and in any event within 30 days. Ownership of the goods passes to you upon delivery, and items are held at your own risk. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any issues immediately.

Age Verification – Alcohol Delivery
All customers must confirm they are over 18 to place an order. Orders containing alcohol require signed delivery, and the recipient must provide proof of age. Parcels will not be left with anyone under 18.
A Challenge 25 policy is used at both point of sale and delivery. Acceptable forms of ID include:

• Passport

• Photo card driving licence

• PASS hologram card

• Military ID
   

If age verification cannot be completed, the sale will be refused, and the items will be returned.

Please Note: Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
