Throughout the "site", the terms “7p Aperitivo”, "7p Wines”, “7p 7peritivo”, “7p Home”,  “we”, “us” and “our” refer to 7p Aperitivo Ltd. 7p Aperitivo offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user (the “User” or, sometimes, the “Users” or “User(s)”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here and/or available by hyperlink. 

Before accessing or using our website read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing, visiting, purchasing something from us (whether as a guest or a registered user) and/or using any part of the site, you engage in our “Service” and you agree to be bound by these Terms of  Service (“Terms and Conditions ”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions, notices and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, members, merchants, vendors and/or contributors of content. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, you should stop using the Website or services immediately. If these Terms of Service  are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. 

If at any time, we add to the current site any new services, features and/or tools, those new services, features and/or tools will also be subject to the Terms of Service.

Our company registration number is 13842072 and our registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Coven Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, England. We are a limited company. Vat number is 411191638.

7p Aperitivo was established to enable Users to order products and services directly through the 7p Aperitivo website. Products are sold by 7p Aperitivo and may be dispatched either by 7p Aperitivo or by independent Sellers (“Suppliers” or affiliated “Partners”). Deliveries of the selected products are carried out by third-party delivery companies.

All contracts are made under the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. ACCESSING OUR SITE

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site or to the entire site, including for registered users.

You are responsible for making all necessary arrangements for your access to the site and for ensuring that anyone accessing the site through your internet connection is aware of these Terms and complies with them.

Except for the 7p Aperitivo blog pages, our website is intended solely for residents of the United Kingdom. We do not accept orders from outside the UK.

Services offered through our website (excluding blog pages) are only accessible to individuals aged 18 or over. 7p Aperitivo reserves the right to refuse orders from Users under the age of 18.

Our website is hosted on Wix, which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

3. ONLINE SHOP TERMS

By placing an order through our site, you confirm that:

• You are resident in the United Kingdom;

• You are accessing our site from within the United Kingdom;

• You are at least 18 years old;

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

• You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all additional terms, conditions, notices, and policies referenced herein or made available by hyperlink.

By ordering any alcoholic product from our website, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. It is an offence for any person under 18 years old to attempt to purchase alcohol.
You must not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws (including copyright or data protection laws) in connection with your use of our services.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature.
Any breach or violation of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your Services.

 

4. BUSINESS PURPOSE

Through the 7p Aperitivo website, Users can order and purchase products offered for sale by 7p Aperitivo and, in some cases, by our approved Sellers (“Suppliers” or affiliated “Partners”).

When a User purchases a product sold and dispatched by 7p Aperitivo:
7p Aperitivo receives payment for the order, then sends an Order Confirmation Email to the User. Products are dispatched by 7p Aperitivo and delivered via third-party delivery companies.

When a User purchases a product sold on our site but dispatched by a Seller (“Supplier” or affiliated “Partner”):
7p Aperitivo receives the payment and sends an Order Confirmation Email to the User. At the same time, 7p Aperitivo will notify the Seller, who will prepare the products in accordance with the Order Confirmation.
Once ready, the Seller will either arrange delivery through a third-party courier or make the order available for collection at their premises, as specified at checkout.

Upon sending the Order Confirmation, the following legal relationships are established:

• A relationship between the User and 7p Aperitivo, under which the User pays for the order through the website; and

• A relationship between the User and the Seller (“Supplier” or “Partner”), where applicable, under which the Seller is responsible for fulfilling the product(s).

7p Aperitivo acts as an intermediary in these cases and cannot accept responsibility for the quality, packaging, or fulfilment of products or services provided directly by third-party Sellers or Suppliers.

 

 

5. CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US

When you place an order to purchase items from our website, this constitutes an offer by you to purchase those items. Completion of the checkout process does not constitute 7p Aperitivo’s acceptance of your order.

Payment will be taken from your debit/credit card, and an Order Confirmation Email will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your order. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and 7p Aperitivo will occur upon dispatch of the products ordered, unless you are notified that your order has not been accepted or you have cancelled it.

 

Order Confirmation will include:

• Order number

• Details of the ordered products and any applicable Seller (“Supplier” or “Partner”)

• Total price

• Payment method

• Shipping cost and any additional fees

• Expected delivery or collection time

• 7p Aperitivo contact details

• A summary of these Terms and Conditions

7p Aperitivo recommends you retain the email as proof of purchase. A copy will be stored in our system until delivery is completed, in accordance with applicable law.
Registered Users can check order status via their My Account page. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. If you suspect your account details have been compromised, notify 7p Aperitivo immediately.
If your order is rejected after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly. If you do not receive an acknowledgment email but your card has been charged, please contact 7p Aperitivo without delay.
All personal and payment details provided must be accurate, valid, and authorised for use. 

 

6. YOUR PROFILE

Users may register on our site to make purchases. It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential and secure. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Ensure all registration details are accurate and kept up to date. If your details change (e.g., address or contact information), please update your account or inform us immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, this will be without charge to you.

 

7. PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

If any product you order becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, 7p Aperitivo will contact you to offer suitable alternatives. You may choose to cancel the order for a full refund, replace it with another available product, or wait until the item is back in stock. While every effort is made to accurately display product descriptions, colours, and dimensions, variations may occur due to monitor settings, production differences, or supplier updates.

Certain products are available through subscription plans, with terms ranging from monthly to twelve-month cycles. Payment for the first subscription term is taken immediately at checkout, and subsequent payments are automatically debited using the same payment method on the agreed calendar date unless you cancel the subscription in advance. Rolling subscriptions must be cancelled at least seven days before the next scheduled payment to avoid being charged, and no refunds will be issued once a subscription delivery has been dispatched.

Orders are subject to minimum and maximum quantities, currently set at six bottles as the minimum and eighteen bottles as the maximum per order. All products are individually labelled with allergen information where applicable. 8. PRICE, PAYMENT AND BILLING

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are valid at the time the order is placed, though 7p Aperitivo reserves the right to update prices at any time. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the distance between dispatch and delivery addresses, the weight and size of your order, and the chosen delivery method. Certain areas may not be eligible for delivery. Payments are securely accepted via PayPal, debit, and major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. All transactions are processed through encrypted payment systems, and 7p Aperitivo does not store or have access to full card details.

In the event of a pricing error, 7p Aperitivo will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

 

9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices, product availability, and services may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without notice. 7p Aperitivo shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of services or products.

 

10. OFFERS, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

All promotional offers will clearly specify applicable dates. Discounts may be applied via coupon or promotional code at checkout. Free delivery is offered for orders over £375 net value after discounts are applied. Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. 7p Aperitivo reserves the right to exclude fraudulent or misused entries and is not responsible for technical difficulties in applying codes. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms. In the future, 7p Aperitivo may introduce a Loyalty Scheme, allowing customers to collect points for every purchase; full terms will be published when the scheme becomes available.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (OFFERS & PROMOTIONS)

All offers, promotions, and discounts are subject to availability and valid only while stocks last. 7p Aperitivo shall not be liable for financial loss arising from refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of any coupon, discount, or promotional offer.

 

12. DELIVERY PROCEDURE

Once your order is confirmed, items will be prepared and dispatched via third-party courier services. Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, although orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels from different locations. For priority or same-day delivery, availability is limited and must be confirmed in advance. Delivery is considered complete once items reach the address you provided, at which point responsibility for loss, damage, or breakage passes to you.

 

13. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Free delivery applies to orders over £375 net value. A signature is required upon delivery, and leaving parcels without a signature is at your own risk. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will attempt re-delivery, and additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts. Delivery will occur within 30 days of order acceptance at the latest, and you are advised to inspect all items upon receipt and notify 7p Aperitivo immediately of any visible damage.

 

14. AGE VERIFICATION AND ALCOHOL DELIVERY

All customers must confirm they are over 18 years of age before accessing the site or placing an order for alcohol. Deliveries containing alcohol require a signed receipt, and the recipient must provide valid proof of age, which may include a passport, photocard driving licence, PASS-accredited ID card, or military ID. If valid ID cannot be provided, the delivery will be refused, and the sale will be cancelled. 7p Aperitivo operates a Challenge 25 policy for all alcohol sales both at checkout and upon delivery.

 

15. RESTRICTED ITEMS

Certain items require age verification and must be used responsibly in accordance with the law. If you cannot provide valid proof of age, delivery will be refused. This includes all items on the site marked as restricted or requiring ID verification.

 

 

16. RETURNS, SHIPPING, COSTS AND REFUNDS

Wines
If you wish to return a wine, you must inform 7p Aperitivo within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Returns must be made within 14 days from the day after you receive the product. We will refund you as soon as possible once we have received the product(s) in the same condition as delivered. Refunds will cover the price of the product, less shipping costs. You are responsible for sending the product back safely and covering return costs. If the item does not reach us or arrives damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot refund your payment. Failure to return the product or pay return costs may result in deduction of recovery costs from your refund. 7p Aperitivo does not assume the cost of returning products.

Accessories – Placemats, Napkins, and Table Accessories (Made-to-Order)
These items are made-to-order and/or can be personalised, and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. Crochet and knitted accessories are handmade and unique, and variations between items of the same kind are normal. If there is a defect or error with your piece, please contact info@7paperitivo.co.uk. Review all product information carefully before pre-ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for items damaged in transit (excluding minor exterior box damage), defective items, or incorrect items. Notify us as soon as possible, specifying your order number and attaching a photo if relevant. Upon confirmation, we will dispatch the correct item at no additional cost and reimburse reasonable return postage.

Third-Party Products – Christmas Food Baskets and Supplier Items
All third-party products are supplied and fulfilled solely by independent partners. 7p Aperitivo is not responsible for these products and cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Any questions regarding these products must be addressed directly to the supplier.

Shipping Returns
Return items to the address provided in your delivery box or contact us if absent. Use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of postage. 7p Aperitivo cannot accept liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less shipping costs (non-refundable). Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error by 7p Aperitivo (wrong, damaged, or defective item). Processing times may vary, and 7p Aperitivo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.

 

17. CONSUMER RIGHTS 

Consumers residing in the United Kingdom have the legal right to withdraw from most online purchases within a fourteen-day “cooling-off” period, commencing on the day after the goods are received. This applies only to products sold and fulfilled directly by 7p Aperitivo. Certain exclusions apply, including personalised or made-to-order items, opened sealed goods (e.g., wine), perishable or temperature-sensitive items, and services completed prior to the cancellation request.

Unopened bottles of wine may be returned within the fourteen-day period and must be received by 7p Aperitivo in the same condition as delivered. Refunds will be issued promptly for the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping costs. Consumers are responsible for safely returning items and covering return costs. Items lost, damaged in transit, or not returned in the original packaging will not be refunded. If the consumer fails to return products or pay return shipping costs, 7p Aperitivo reserves the right to deduct recovery costs from any refund due.

Made-to-order or personalised items, including placemats, napkins, crochet, and knitted accessories, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective. Consumers should inspect items on delivery and report any defects, damage, or inaccuracies immediately. For items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, returns must be initiated within fourteen days. Valid returns will be replaced at no additional cost, and reasonable return postage will be reimbursed.

Third-party products, including seasonal food baskets and other supplier items, are supplied solely by independent partners. 7p Aperitivo is not responsible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Consumers must contact the relevant supplier directly.

All content displayed on the 7p Aperitivo website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, digital downloads, designs, and software, is the property of 7p Aperitivo or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, transmission, or creation of derivative works from the website’s content without prior written consent from 7p Aperitivo is strictly prohibited. Such actions may include issuing warnings, temporarily or permanently denying access to the website or services, terminating the agreement without prior notice while maintaining the right to claim amounts owed up to the date of termination, initiating legal proceedings, or disclosing information to relevant law enforcement authorities as warranted. Suspension or termination of services does not relieve the User of obligations accrued prior to the date of such action.

When an order is placed, the payment system requests authorisation from the card issuer, and receipt of card details by 7p Aperitivo does not constitute acceptance of the order. Users must not transmit payment details via email. 7p Aperitivo shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to payment information provided by the User unless resulting from fraud or negligence on the part of 7p Aperitivo.

28. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

7p Aperitivo will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations under a contract caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, hereafter referred to as a Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, power failures, failures of telecommunications networks, failures of suppliers, failures of contributors, data loss, or acts of any government or regulatory authority. This provision does not affect your statutory rights, and 7p Aperitivo will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of any such event.

 

29. INDEMNIFICATION 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 7p Aperitivo, including its officers, directors, employees, contributors, agents, and any connected third parties, from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your breach of these Terms of Service, any documents incorporated by reference, violation of applicable law, or infringement of the rights of any third party. This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiration of these Terms.
