We do our best to ensure all information on this page is accurate and up to date. However, minor errors or updates may occur. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details and legal information.

REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS 

RETURNS, SHIPPING, COSTS AND REFUNDS


WINES
If you wish to return a wine, you must inform 7p Aperitivo within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Returns must be made within 14 days from the day after you receive the product, and we will refund you as soon as possible (see Refunds below) once we have received the product(s) in the same condition as delivered.
We will refund the price of the product, less shipping costs.
You are responsible for sending the product back to us safely and covering any return costs. If the item does not reach us, or it arrives damaged or not in its original packaging, we will not be able to refund your payment.
If you fail to return the product or do not pay the return delivery costs, we reserve the right to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from your refund.
We do not assume the cost of returning products.

ACCESSORIES – PLACEMATS, NAPKINS, AND TABLE ACCESSORIES (MADE-TO-ORDER)
These items are made-to-order and/or can be personalised; therefore, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Crochet and knitted accessories are handmade and are unique pieces. Variations between items of the same kind are normal and do not constitute a fault.
However, if there is a defect or error with your piece, please contact us at info@7paperitivo.co.uk.
Before pre-ordering any made-to-order item, please review carefully all the information related to the product.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We will accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for the following reasons:

  • Items damaged in transit (excluding minor exterior box damage that does not affect the contents).

  • Defective items.

  • Incorrect items.

If we sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible and return it to us, specifying the correct details in writing.
If you wish to receive the correct item, we will send it as soon as possible at no additional cost and reimburse your reasonable return postage expenses.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately, specifying your order number, attaching a photo, and explaining whether the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This will help us evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS – CHRISTMAS FOOD BASKETS AND SUPPLIER ITEMS
All third-party products, including seasonal food baskets or other supplier items, are supplied and fulfilled solely by independent partners.
7p Aperitivo is not responsible for these products and cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. These products are collected directly from the supplier’s premises, and any questions regarding defects, missing items, or refunds must be addressed directly to the supplier.
Before purchasing any third-party product, please review the supplier’s refund and collection policies carefully.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that your rights regarding these products are governed by the supplier, not by 7p Aperitivo.

 

SHIPPING RETURNS
Please return items to the address provided in your delivery box.
If the return address is not included, contact 7p Aperitivo.
You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted or non-perishable (“Dry”) items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, and you must keep proof of postage.
We cannot accept liability for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we will refund the original payment method, less shipping costs (non-refundable).
We will only refund postage costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item).
Please note it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
7p Aperitivo declines all responsibility for any delays caused by payment systems in refunding the amount.
